What breads are available?
Whole wheat bread and white bread. Each loaf is $12.
When is the order deadline?
Orders close Monday evening for Thursday pickup. The exact cutoff time will be posted here.
When and where can I pick up?
Pickup is on Thursdays in Houston, Texas. The pickup address and hours will be posted here.
What flour do you use?
All our flour is organic. The whole wheat flour comes from a small stone mill in Texas using locally grown wheat varieties. The white bread flour is organic, too.
How is the bread made?
Each loaf is leavened with an organic sourdough starter, shaped by hand, cold fermented overnight, and baked fresh each week.
